其實使用 #DL 更是進行 SALAD 氣道除污的好工具 因為沒有鏡頭所以不會被液體遮避 只是我們需要透過鏡頭來指導及修正技巧
所以 瘋氣道實驗室 進行假人訓練用 第四代 VL with standard (Macintosh) blade的開發 這樣就可以學員用DL操作 老師用VL觀看

中線進入 先看到懸雍垂(uvula)
延著舌根 找到會厭(epiglottis)
頂住會厭谿(vallecula)
進行壓喉(exteranl laryngeal manipulation, ELM) 曝露聲門
剛接觸插管的新手 常常插管時左手操作喉頭鏡的動作都太快太大了
往往葉片一進口咽就過頭了反而要重新調整及找目標 延長了時間
反而慢慢的一個個重要解剖點牢牢的尋著跟著 才能 #慢則順順則快

PG 覺得溜馬正在走向重建。(KP 可能不同意這個說法)
「我覺得溜馬爭冠的大門已然關上，我認為球團想走的方向已和我想要的大不相同。如果球團不想要我打這最後一年的話(已告知約滿會走人)，我會希望他們能用我去換一些資產回來幫助溜馬。」

Of course, playing with Westbrook doesn't hurt.
“All I was asking for was a little help in Indy. Now I’m getting a lot of help in Oklahoma," he said. "I think I fit with how he plays and vice versa. Being a knock-down shooter, I think I can spread the floor for him and run the floor with him. But I also think I can help get him easier opportunities, being able to drive and dish the ball out, so he can attack guys closing out on him.”
